All shoes are marked in U.S. women's sizing; others are marked in unisex or either U.S. women's or U.S. men's sizing. The shoe conversion chart below only serves as a guide to help you determine the sizing equivalent of our products in different parts of the world. Please note that the actual sizing may differ slightly from the chart as the size conversions listed are APPROXIMATES. There is no universally accepted international conversion for shoe sizing; it may also vary slightly from collection to collection among our different brands.   HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER Simply choose the size you need, and put in the cart! The total payment for the shoes plus the shipping, will be reflected in the Paypal window. Shipping and handling fees apply to continental USA only. Others, please ask for a quote first! Multiple orders made within continental USA will get a $5.00 shipping discount for every additional pair purchased. However, this amount will be in the form of a rebate which will be credited to you upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse some orders: We do not sell in the state of Nevada. We will not sell to international buyers with unconfirmed Paypal account/address We will sell only to selected international buyers who have purchased from us.   HOW TO PAY For local orders, we accept all major cards and echeck payments thru Paypal. We also accept money order, cashier's and personal checks. For international orders, we only accept Paypal and international cashier's checks and money orders, not personal checks. We do not pay for other countries' tariff; these are to be paid for by the buyer.   RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES All sales of CLEARANCE items are final, all sales of accessories are final, and all sales outside the US are final. We inspect our items carefully before we ship. Wrong items delivered or items with defect can be returned, but must be returned in the original packaging and does not show signs of being worn. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please email us to get an Authorization Number (A#) and return instructions before you return anything.   SHIPPING We ship via UPS within the continental USA. We will be glad to give you a $5.00 discount on the shipping and handling of each additional pair of shoes, to be released upon completion of transaction. For international orders, we ship via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International depending on your request. We charge a $5.00 handling fee for international orders, please get a quote first. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We do not pay for your country's tariffs or custom's charges. We cannot control the number of days that USPS or UPS takes to deliver your item. Due to difficulties in shipping multiple sized boxes overseas, we may or may not combine shipping for international orders. We reserve the right to decide which orders we can combine, and which we can't.   INVENTORY We have have about 3,000 styles in our 130,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Due to this huge number of inventory, we cannot guarantee that everything is 100% in stock all the time. It is best to email us for availability first, but if you can't, please accept our inability to fill in your orders with an open mind. For single-item orders - If your order is not in stock and you did not find a replacement that you liked, we will refund your payment immediately. For multiple orders - a replacement will be offered, and any part of the order that is available will be shipped, the freight and all other charges will be adjusted accordingly.   COMMUNICATION We normally send a Confirmation of Order as soon as we receive it, and a Delivery Notification with the Tracking Number, as soon as the item is shipped. Please email if you don't receive a confirmation three (3) days after your purchase. We also welcome follow up emails, if you did not receive your item within two (2) weeks (for USA orders), and within four (4) weeks (for international orders). We are easy to work with, and we will go out of our way, within our limits, to satisfy your requirements. We always communicate courteously under any circumstance, and would also appreciate courteous response from everyone.   OTHER QUESTIONS When to expect delivery - We ship USA orders usually within three business days upon receipt of full payment. Please inform if you want it shipped immediately. Please inquire about other expedited shipping services. Additional charges will be incurred for expedited shipping. International shipments may take a few days longer. How to covert a man's shoe size to a women's shoe size - Shoes fit differently. Our best rule of thumb is a two-size increase. A man's 9 converts to a woman's 11. /W indicates Men's or Women's Sizes. Other systems are for either gender. Please check our conversion chart for more information. Difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather materials - Patent, either patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. PU, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive than leather. Stretch, either patent or pu, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.
